Hey, today I have brought a delicious recipe for chocolate lovers. Chocolate Cakes are loved by both children as well as teenagers.
- Good quality dark chocolate (Chopped) 500 g.
- Eggs 4.
- Plain Flour 1 tablespoon.
- Butter (unsalted) 125 g.
- Caster sugar 55 g.
- Pure cream 200 ml.
- Easter eggs as desire.
Preheat oven at 200°C. Take a bowl, put chocolate, sugar and butter in it and place it on a saucepan of warm water, don’t let the bowl touch water. Let it melt and combine with continuous stir. Now keep the bowl aside and let the mixture to cool down. Beat eggs in a bowl and then add remaining sugar in it and beat well again. Gently fold in the flour using a metal spoon and then the chocolate mixture. Pour it in the prepared pan and bake for 12 minutes (the cake is not ready at this stage).
Remove the cake from oven and run a knife around the edges of the pan. Now let it cool down at room temperature. Then place it in the freezer until set. Now remove it from freezer and leave at room temperature to soften.
For ganache, place cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Take remaining chocolate in a bowl and pour the hot cream over it. Stir them well until melted. Let it cool down for 15 minutes and then pour it over the cake. Serve the yummy Chocolate Ganache Cake with Easter eggs. Enjoy 🙂
